American politics is full of teamkilling fucktards

American Conservatives: please cut it out with the “Hillary Clinton should be put on trial for treason” crap.
Yes, Hillary incompetently mismanaged stuff (and it got people killed), but let’s not let the rhetoric blow out of proportion. or we all risk getting portrayed as loons far too easily, sabotaging any chance to strike up some real changes.
I don’t condone or like Hillary at all, but the rhetoric I’m starting to see from the Conservative side of American politics is really beginning to worry me– those on the Right are getting to be just as bad as the Left, and it’s put me off from voting at all.
Dial it down.

Let the other side condemn themselves by their actions, and conduct yourselves as the cool, considerate, Constitutional men and women you used to be.

This actually goes for the Right AND Left.

American politics have become a cesspool of partisan hatred and warfare, and nobody benefits– in fact, everybody is actively LOSING in this situation.
Conduct thyself with civility, even if your opponents do not. Your opponents want to get a rise out of you, because then you can be mocked, and if you can be mocked, you can be discredited.
Be 10% better than the people you work with.
Seriously guys.
You hold the fate of an entire nation, one of the biggest and most influential in the world, in your hands.
THIS COUNTRY ISN’T YOUR PLAYTHING.
IT IS NOT A TOY.
STOP MAKING DECISIONS BASED ON HOW YOU FEEL.
All you are doing is distracting each other from the real threats out there and in here.
I shouldn’t even have to say this, but we’re all on the same fucking side here.
Stop fighting each other over porkbarreling and earmarks, and start fighting the actual enemy over… oh, I don’t know… how about… THE BEHEADED AMERICANS ON THE INTERNET?
God. Damn.
That is all.
